 How to apply .

• Registration Form : Available from 2nd, December 2024 - @ Rs. 500/-  cash only.
• Submission of completed Registration Form : As per schedule.
• Requirements :
  • Parents Mobile number(s).
  • A  Passport  size  Photographs (Mother,  Father &  child) separate  each one.
  • Birth Certificate (for Nur to Class I) English version only (Xerox copy) or original affidavit/notary (English version) other than English version for the details of Students, Mothers, Fathers, address for avoiding spelling mistake in Register.  
  • For Class 2^nd and above, Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate (LC) Original & Previous progress card/result-sheet to be produced at the time of Confirmed Admission [In case of students (a) Out of state  –The TC/LC should be countersigned by the Education Authority (b) Out of Country :- Countersigned by Embassy / Foreign Authority].  

• Please note that “No Admission” will be given without producing TC/LC.
• Please note that the details given by previous school on TC/LC will be recorded as it is. (countersigned by concerned DEO, in case of out of State / country)
• Progress Card /Result for previous Class (applicable for Class II and above)

NUR, LKG, UKG –Informal Interactive Session.
For LKG/UKG – A child must know to read and write in English and Hindi (Alphabets, Numbers, poems etc.)

Class I to IX :-Written Assessment on Basic Concepts of previous class.

Anleshwar City, Ankleshwar GIDC,  Shanti Nagar and Kosamba.
 
*Parents are advised to check the transport facility before applying for admission.
* Please note: No new bus routes / stops or changes in the current routes will be entertained.
 
Terms & Condtions and Instructions for Filling up the forms :
 Please fill in each entry of the form in Bold Letters only.

• After completing the registration form, it should be submitted as per Admission Schedule.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
• In case of any query, please contact Tel No. 8866651599 during school hours.
• Please note that registration amount is non-refundable; therefore please furnish us with genuine information about the child & the parent.
• All the parents who have registered their children will be informed about the Admission on telephone call also.

 Parents will have to carry : 1. Original Birth Certificate (for verification) with attested Xerox copy of the child (for Nur to Class I)    English version (or affidavit English Version only)
2. Passport size Photographs of both the parents & the child.
  3. Cheques/DDs for the payments of Fees as per Fee Structure 2025-26.
  4. Xerox copies of Adhaar Cards (Child, Mother & Father) –names should be tally as written in Adhaar cards. 
  5. Xerox copy of Passport if having.
  
3) SELECTION

•   list of the selected candidates will be put up on the School’s Admission Notice Board as per Scheduled.

 4) ADMISSION

•   Parents of the selected candidates will be invited  to contact the Admission office between 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. to collect the Admission Form.
•    should  be  in  favour  of  PUBLIC  SCHOOL  KHAROD, payable  at Ankleshwar. (No cash will be collected.)
•   : Kindly discuss with the transport department for the particular Bus route fee.

•   direct Admission in Class X & XII.

 New session starts from the 1st working day of April 2025 or as per the schedule provided by the school. 
For  Class  XI  :-  Science,  Commerce  and  Humanities  (Arts)  streams  are available in this School. 
 Registration will commence from  1st April 2025 (in school working hours only).  

• Admission procedure will be completed on 30.06.2025

 A separate form for Class XI Choice of Subjects (Sci/Comm/Hum) to be submitted.
