ADMISSION GUIDELINES 2025-26 – No Donation for Admission

Age Criteria

How to Apply

1. Registration Form: Available from 2^nd December 2024 @ Rs. 500/- (cash only).
2. Submission of completed Registration Form as per schedule.
3. Requirements:
   
   1. Parent’s mobile number(s).
   2. Passport size photographs (Mother, Father & Child – separate).
   3. Birth Certificate (Nur to Class I) – English version only (Xerox or English affidavit).
   4. Class II & above: Original TC/LC + Previous year’s result sheet.
      • Out of State: TC/LC must be countersigned by Education Authority.
      • Out of Country: Must be countersigned by Embassy/Foreign Authority.
4. No Admission without TC/LC.
5. Details from TC/LC will be recorded as-is (with DEO signature for out-of-state).
6. Progress Card/Result of previous class (Class II and above).
7. Mode of Payment: A/c Payee Cheque/DD in favour of Public School Kharod.

Selection Criteria

NUR, LKG, UKG – Informal Interaction. For LKG/UKG – Child should read/write in English & Hindi (alphabets, numbers, poems).

Transport available: Ankleshwar City, GIDC, Shanti Nagar, Rajpipla-X, Dadhal, Kosamba

*Parents must check transport availability before applying. No new stops/routes will be added.

Terms & Conditions & Form Instructions

1. Fill each entry in bold CAPITAL letters.
2. Submit the form as per Admission Schedule.
3. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

5. Registration fee is non-refundable; submit accurate information.
6. All registered parents will be informed via phone call.
7. At the time of Admission, parents must bring:
   • Original Birth Certificate + Xerox (Nur to Class I)
   • Photographs – both parents & child
   • Cheque/DD – for fee payment
   • Aadhaar Cards Xerox – of child, mother & father (names must match)
   • Passport copy (if applicable)
   • UID No. (18 digits) must be written on TC/LC from other schools
8. Selection: On-the-spot admission.
9. Admission Timings: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (School Office)
10. Payment via Cheque or UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Confirm bus route fee with Transport Dept.
11. No direct admission to Class X & XII.
12. New session begins: 1st working day of April 2025 (tentative).
13. Class XI Streams Available: Science, Commerce, Humanities (Arts)
14. Registration for Class XI begins: 1st April 2025
15. Admission closes on: 30th June 2025
